The Vietnam Red Cross Society celebrated International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day

The Vietnam Red Cross Society on Sunday organized a meeting to celebrate International Red Cross and Red Crescent Day with the theme “Red Cross- everywhere for everyone”. With this theme, the Red Cross Society in each country wants to mobilize everyone in society, especially younger people, to participate in humanitarian activities. Addressing the meeting, Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Thu, President of the Vietnam Red Cross Society said: “The Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies are everywhere to help everyone in communities. In recent years, Vietnam’s humanitarian relief organizations have diversified their activities to help people in need. I call on organizations to make further efforts to help everyone in society.”
