(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Lawyers' Commercial Arbitration Center was inaugurated and became operational on Thursday. It is the 15th arbitration center in Vietnam, which is a non-profit organization under the oversight of the Vietnam Bar Association.
In his address, Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh praised the role and functions of the Vietnam Bar Association in resolving disputes in a friendly and fair manner. He said he hopes the center will provide businesses, individuals, and organizations with legal advice to settle trade disputes effectively.
