The event marks Vietnamese Family Day, June 28, and cherishes traditional values of local families. The festival will also offer opportunities for participants to share their experiences in building on cultural ties through the integration period.

As part of the festival, an exhibition will be held, featuring strong values in folk songs and verses, gratitude to grandparents and parents, maternal love, and sentiments between family members.

The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor introduced activities for trade union organizations relating to gender equality, and building happy families for workers. Hagar international organization also holds seminars to improve women’s capabilities, social skills and support them in vocational training and employment.

On this occasion, more than 100 outstanding ethnic minority women will be honored by Hanoi People’s Committee for their excellent business performances.
