Typhoon Yagi has ravaged Vietnam’s world heritage site of Ha Long Bay. Dozens of cruise ships were sunken, and hundreds of restaurants and hotels were devastated. Estimated damage is worth millions of dollars. For ships that are sunk or damaged, the ship owner must spend a long time and at great expense to recover.
