(VOVworld) - An exhibition displaying maps and documentation on the Hoang Sa (Paracel) and Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelagos has opened in Kien Tuong commune, Long An province.

On display are documents published between 17^th and 20^th century that affirm Vietnam’s sovereignty over Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos, and related pictures, maps, atlases and research by Vietnamese and foreign experts. The documents refute China’s claims and unreasonable conduct with respect to Truong Sa, Hoang Sa and other archipelagos in the East Sea. The exhibition will run until Saturday.
