Programs launched to give naval soldiers a happy Tet
(VOVWORLD) - The Military Youth Board and the Political Department of the Navy in collaboration with the 4th Regional Command launched two programs on the traditional Lunar New Year festival and the close bond between soldiers and people on Thursday in Khanh Hoa province.
The programs educate cadres, soldiers and youth union members about Tet, Vietnam’s Lunar New Year festival, and enhance mutual sharing to help soldiers in remote and border areas enjoy a warm, happy Tet while fulfilling their duties.
Organizers donated Tet gifts to officers and soldiers stationed in the Truong Sa (Spratly) archipelago.
