Truong Sa launches “Tree-Planting Festival”
(VOVWORLD) - Officers, soldiers and residents in the Truong Sa Special Administrative Zone have launched a spring tree-planting campaign.

In 2025, more than 100,000 trees were planted in the area. In the first week of 2026, over 9,000 more were planted.
The program aims to enhance the landscape, improve the climate, curb erosion and mitigate storm impacts, thereby improving the quality of life for troops and residents.
