Vietnamese, Cambodian navies conduct joint patrol
(VOVWORLD) - The Vietnam People’s Navy and the Royal Cambodian Navy have conducted their 67th joint patrol, involving Vietnamese ship 253 of Naval Region 5 and Cambodian ship 1131.

The two sides practiced saluting at sea between naval ships of ASEAN member states, performed search and rescue drills, exchanged information, and conducted maritime flag and lamp signal training. They also held exchange and gift presentation programs.
The maritime joint patrol concluded successfully, contributing to maintaining peace and stability at sea and consolidating cooperative ties and enhancing mutual understanding, trust and support between the two navies.
