(VOVWORLD) - The People’s Court Region 2 of Lao Cai Province would like to inform Mr. Rama Chandra Jena, an Indian national with an unknown address, regarding the divorce case No. 06/2025/TLST-HNGĐ dated January 7, 2026, filed by Ms. Do Thi Thu Che, as follows:
The meeting for submission and verification of documents, evidence, and conciliation will be held on August 7, 2026.
- A second meeting for submission and verification of documents, evidence, and conciliaton will be held on September 7, 2026 (if the first meeting is postponed.)
- The first court hearing will take place on October 13, 2026.
- A second court hearing (if the first hearing is postponed) will be held on November 10, 2026.
Mr. Rama Chandra Jena is required to be present at the People’s Court Region 2 of Lao Cai Province in Hamlet 8, Yen Binh Commune, Lao Cai Province, for the meeting(s) and hearing(s).
If he is absent without a valid reason, the People’s Court of Lao Cai Province will proceed with the trial in his absence in accordance with the law.
