European Language Day, an initiative of the European Council, celebrates linguistic and cultural diversity. The event is organized annually by members of the European Union National Institutes for Culture. This year’s event will include four main activities.

The Language Sessions are 30-minute language classes from the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Poland, and Italy where participants will discover the unique charm of each language, take part in interactive games, and learn about the country’s culture.

Speak-Dating is a chance to try speaking several language for 5 minutes each. It’s an entertaining opportunity to find out which language “matches your vibe.”

In Lucky Draw, players complete fun mini-quizzes to qualify for a lucky draw and a chance to win a cute and surprising gift from a European cultural agency.

Open Corner is a cozy space where you can relax, read a book, explore language-learning materials, and get information about studying in Europe.
