(VOVWORLD) - Businesses in Ha Nam province are deploying various solutions towards green production. The shift will help them save resources, reduce production costs, minimize environmental pollution, increase product competitiveness, and create a foundation for sustainable development.

Specializing in safety and energy saving glass, the Thien Son TSG Company has been implementing a green production model in Thi Son Handicraft and Industrial Park in Kim Bang district, Ha Nam province.
In addition to boosting production and finding new markets, it has reduced emissions, switched to energy-saving solutions, and started using environmentally friendly materials. It has invested hundreds of thousands of dollars in a production line for tempered glass and double-glazed glass that meets European standards.
Diverse designs, reasonable prices, quality assurance, and environmental responsibility have allowed Thien Son’s products to meet the criteria of modern construction projects.
The application of advanced technology has reduced production costs 20%, conserved input materials, cut greenhouse gas emissions, and protected the environment.
Nguyen Thi Hue, Thien Son’s Director, said, “In addition to quality and reputation, we’ve also prioritized environmental protection because that’s an inevitable market trend.”
“To protect the environment, we collect the raw materials left over by the production process and send them to be recycled. We’ve built settling tanks to allow us to reuse water used in the production process, thereby reducing our production costs,” Hue added.

The HD Plastic Company, which specializes in processing plastic products for the manufacturers of household electrical equipment and electrical refrigeration for export, says green production is an essential requirement.
It uses environmentally friendly input materials that can be recycled using modern machinery, and gives priority to the use of robotics for production. HD Plastic also uses such energy-saving measures as regulating the use of electricity by workers and installing energy-saving systems on factory equipment.
According to Duong Van Thuy, the company’s Deputy Director, “Now that everyone is using green energy and clean energy, all of our products must meet green, clean criteria. Our imported raw materials must have proof of origin and not contain any banned substances.”
“As the company's automated production uses a closed-loop model, we keep investing in machinery and equipment so that our production line will be completely automated from importing raw materials to turning out finished products,” said Thuy.
Over the years, enterprises in Ha Nam province have taken the initiative in reducing emissions, switching to energy-saving solutions, using environmentally friendly materials, and implementing circular economic models.
They are strictly following the State's regulations on green production to ensure the completion and over-fulfillment of production plans and increase revenue, while ensuring a more secure working environment and conditions for the employees.

Le Thi Thuy Hao, Director of the FrieslandCampina-Ha Nam Company, said that the company continues to focus on a sustainable development program to make the highest quality products for consumers.
“Our sustainable development program uses environmentally friendly packaging, minimizes the impact of climate change, and improves the living conditions of farmers,” Hao noted.
To promote green production among enterprises, the Ha Nam administration has directed departments, sectors, and localities to help small and medium-sized businesses maintain safe clean production chains, acquire advanced technologies to enable safer production, improve management and operations mechanisms and policies, and implement action plans.
Now all industrial parks in Ha Nam have installed automatic monitoring systems for wastewater that transmit data to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment. Centralized wastewater treatment plants have been built to collect and treat wastewater to meet the standards for industrial wastewater.
All newly invested industrial clusters must have centralized wastewater treatment plants that meet the required standards before they begin operations. This is bringing Ha Nam closer to its goal of totally green production.
