The company has now expanded its market to more than 20 countries and territories, with 7 branches worldwide, making a significant mark on the global digital technology landscape. NTQ Solution has solidified its reputation as a role model as a Vietnamese technology enterprise succeeding internationally.
Founded in 2011 by five IT engineers during a time when mobile applications were booming globally, NTQ Solution initially operated as a software outsourcing company for hotel and restaurant management. Over time, the company expanded its services to international markets.
According to Pham Thai Son, Chairman of NTQ Solution, Japan was identified early on as a key market for expansion. He explains: “The Japanese and Vietnamese markets share many similarities. Japan has a huge demand for digital transformation and IT services, which aligns well with the capabilities of Vietnamese businesses. Japan’s methodical approach to work makes collaboration easier. By meeting Japan’s high standards, Vietnamese companies can maintain and expand partnerships.”
NTQ Solution’s dedication to delivering top-quality services in Japan - a market known for its stringent technology standards - has earned the trust of Japanese customers and attracted new business partners. By learning from global market strategies, especially Japan’s, NTQ Solution has successfully ventured into new markets such as the U.S., Germany, South Korea, and Hong Kong (China). The company focuses on high-value tasks in the software and IT service export chain, including consulting, system design, operations, and transformation, rather than just simple outsourcing.

CEO Pham Thai Son said the company is committed to international standards in its “Go Global Journey.” He said: “First, we must offer products and services that meet the standards of foreign markets, because if the products and services are not good enough, it will be difficult to have other opportunities. Then we must choose appropriate personnel, prepare long-term financial plan to pursue and promote our activities sustainably, and have enough time to survey the market and understand customers’ demands in order to design and upgrade your services.”
In April, NTQ Solution partnered with SB Technology, a subsidiary of SoftBank Corp, to establish a technology development center in Vietnam. Over the next three years, the company aims to recruit over 300 highly qualified tech professionals, working toward a goal of 1,000 staff and becoming a leading development center in Vietnam and the region.

From its first international contract, which brought in a modest revenue of just 0.01 USD, NTQ Solution has grown to handle multi-million-dollar projects, serving over 700 global clients, including major companies like AIA, Swiss Re Group, and MBAgea. In 2023, NTQ Solution’s revenue reached approximately 28 million USD, marking a 30% increase from the previous year. The company now participates in high-demand technology strategy consulting for large global enterprises.
NTQ Solution’s long-term goals are clear: “gathering talent, fostering unity, innovating, and persevering to build NTQ Solution into a leading technology company in Vietnam and elevate the Vietnamese brand on the world’s digital map.” By 2026, NTQ Solution aims to rank among the top 5 IT companies in Vietnam, with a revenue target of 100 million USD.
