(VOVworld) – The Vietnam Red Cross Society and Prudential Insurance Vietnam held a press conference to introduce the blood donation campaign 2016 to be held in 16 provinces and cities. The campaign is expected to collect 7,000 units of blood.

Doan Van Thai, Vice President and General Secretary of the Vietnam Red Cross Society, said: “The campaign began in Quang Ninh province, Ho Chi Minh City, and Da nang city 10 days ago. In December activities will be held across Vietnam to encourage people to donate blood for patients in need.”
