Before the opening, leaders of the Party, State, Vietnam Fatherland Front, and National Assembly deputies will lay wreaths and pay tribute to President Ho Chi Minh at his mausoleum.

At 8 a.m., the National Assembly will hold a preparatory meeting, followed by the official opening session at 9 a.m., which will be broadcast live on radio and television.
