Speaking at a meeting with the volunteers in Hanoi on Saturday, Nguyen Tien Hung, Secretary of the Hanoi Youth Union and Chairman of the Hanoi Students' Association, expressed his hope that the young volunteers would uphold the spirit of dedication, demonstrate professionalism, and contribute to the success of the grand celebration.

During the program, the Hanoi Youth Union presented the volunteers with uniforms, shirts, caps, and badges. Training sessions will be held to train the volunteers on tasks such as supporting security and order, ensuring environmental sanitation, guiding emergency evacuation, assisting injured people, providing first aid, as well as responsibilities, discipline, and safety measures while on duty.
