(VOVworld) – Participants in the 8^th plenum of the party central committee worked in groups on Tuesday to discuss revisions to the 1992 Constitution. They also focused their discussions on the draft resolutions and conclusions of the plenum. The party politburo the same day commented on discussions held by the party central committee at the event.
