(VOVWORLD) - The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union and the National Committee for Vietnamese Youth held a ceremony to present the ASEAN Open Youth Volunteer Award 2022 in Quang Binh province on Friday.

The award ceremony is part of the ASEAN Open Youth Voluntary Forum and the ASEAN Plus Youth Volunteer Award 2022.
First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth Union Bui Quang Huy expressed his gratitude to organizations, individuals, clubs, teams, and volunteer groups who have spared no effort in voluntary activities for the community.
They play an important role in promoting solidarity, peace, and development in each country as well as in ASEAN Plus.
The Organizing Committee gave awards to 10 individuals and 11 organizations from ASEAN, Japan, and China.
