(VOVworld) – A bombing attack in central Cairo on Sunday killed 4 people, 2 civilians and 2 police officers.

Egyptian State Television said the attack took place in a populous area near the TV station and Egypt’s Foreign Ministry Office. Egyptian security forces were deployed to the area to search for possible additional bombs. Egyptian insurgents often carry out sequential bombing attacks in which additional bombs explode after the first one.
