Buon Ma Thuot Coffee Festival to promote local specialty to the world
(VOVWORLD) - The 8th Buon Ma Thuot Coffee festival aims to promote their local coffee brand and gradually turn Buon Ma Thuot into one of the world’s leading coffee destinations, contributing to raising the value and position of Vietnamese coffee in the world market, an official of Dak lak province said at Friday’s press conference in Hanoi.

The 5-day festival themed “Buon Ma Thuot – The destination of the world coffee” will open on March 10 in Buon Ma Thuot city.
Nguyen Tuan Ha, Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee, said, “This year’s coffee festival will honor and thank coffee growers and producers. We want to promote Buon Ma Thuot coffee brand not only for its commercial values and profits, but also for cultural values, and the culture of Buon Ma Thuot city, Dak Lak province, the Central Highlands region, and Vietnam as a whole. We hope Vietnamese coffee will reach out to the world.”
Miss Universe Vietnam 2017, H'Hen Nie, will be the Communication Ambassador for this year’s Festival.
