VCCI releases a Report on Flows of Business Legal Regulations 2019.

The report said Vietnam’s business law has been fine-tuned while the managerial mindset has changed. Laws, which have direct impact on businesses, have been revised to promote the private economic sector.

President of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry Vu Tien Loc said: “Next year, we will focus on resolving overlapping policies and comprehensively revising laws, decrees, and circulars, to accelerate the reform. It will help improve Vietnamese business and investment environment and its position in international rankings, while gaining people’s confidence, and encouraging investment resources in both the public and private sectors and FDI.”
