(VOVWORLD) - The number of businesses resuming operation in November was higher than in October and so was the number of newly-registered businesses, total capital, and the labor force, according to the General Statistics Office of Vietnam.

There were approximately 12,000 newly established enterprises, with total registered capital of 6.6 billion USD. 5,000 enterprises resumed operations last month.
So far this year, nearly 106,000 businesses have registered, with a total capital of 66 billion USD. The Index of Industrial Production in November was up 5.5% from October and up 5.6% from last November.
