(VOVworld) - The 5th southern traditional cake festival is scheduled to take place in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho from April 15-19. 

Featuring 150 stalls and 200 types of cakes, the event expects to welcome participants from ten ASEAN member states, Japan, India and the Republic of Korea. Cake–making performances, baking contests, folk games and musical concerts will be other highlights of the festival. The fourth festival attracted 160,000 visitors, with more than 100 types of cakes and 50 specialty dishes on display.
