Coast Guards of Vietnam and China jointly patrol bordering waters
(VOVWORLD) -Coast Guard forces of Vietnam and China on Monday conducted their first joint patrol in the bordering waters of Vietnam’s Mong Cai city, Quang Ninh province and China’s Dongxing city, Fangchenggang, Guangxi province.

Joint patrol activities in bordering waters will be organized by the two countries' Coast Guards once a quarter from 2024 to regularly maintain security and order and ensure law enforcement.
It will contribute to preserving and developing the traditional friendly neighborly relationship between the two countries and two peoples and between the Coast Guards in particular.
