Located along the Red River and spanning nearly 1,000 hectares, this first Trump-branded project in Vietnam will continue the quality standards that have made Trump real estate famous around the world.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Eric Trump, son of US President Donald Trump and Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, said that Vietnam is currently one of the most dynamic and potential markets in the world. This is not just a landmark project but also a commitment to excellence, a tribute to culture, and a lasting contribution to Vietnam’s future, he added.
Prime Minister Chinh said the project's commencement has affirmed the business community's confidence in the investment environment in Vietnam, which will offer opportunities to attract other high-quality projects. He expected the project to become a symbol of the comprehensive, profound, and sustainable strategic partnership between Vietnam and the United States.
“I hope that in the process of forging closer ties, we will continue to welcome President Trump here to visit and work, encouraging patriotism, peace, cooperation and development for the region and the world. Today, the presence of Mr. Eric Trump and his wife is a powerful motivation to this project,” according to PM Chinh.
