COVID-19 in Vietnam: New cases top 3,595 on Tuesday

(VOVWORLD) - Vietnam recorded 3,595 new cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday according to the Ministry of Health.

HCM City still reported the highest number of infections with 783, followed by neighboring Binh Duong province with 528 and Dong Nai province with 481. The national tally now stands at 896,174.
The same day, Vietnam confirmed 64 coronavirus-related deaths, bringing the country's death toll to 21,802.
810,290 patients have recovered so far.

The country has administered nearly 75 million doses of vaccines.
