(VOVworld) – Initiatives and practical measures to make Da Nang an ASEAN-class city topped the agenda of a conference in the city on Thursday. Researchers, scientists, and investors touched upon transportation, urban development, construction, environmental protection, and tourism. Organizers praised initiatives on city lighting, green living, and automated car parks as suitable planning for Da Nang.

Nguyen Ngoc Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang municipal People’s Committee, said:"All ideas are appreciated, particularly green urban spaces, green roofs, and green architecture, which we are pursuing. What we have to do now is make them a reality".
