(VOVworld) - Danish Parliament Chairman Mogens Lykketoft left Hanoi on Wednesday, successfully concluding a three-day visit to Vietnam. The Danish Parliament Speaker held talks with National Assembly (NA) Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung, met with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung, and worked with the NA committees and the Minister of Justice. At these meetings, Mr Lykketoft praised Vietnam’s achievements in the process of national construction and development and its effective use of ODA funding from Denmark, especially in poverty reduction and human resources development. Chairman Lykketoft affirmed the Danish Parliament, Government and people’s wish to tighten relations with Vietnam in various fields.
