(VOVWORLD) - More COVID-19 vaccine doses will be allocated to Ba Ria-Vung Tau province, said Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh on Monday.

He said during an inspection tour of the province that it needs to quickly implement the government’s resolution on support policies for workers disadvantaged by the pandemic.
"Ba Ria-Vung Tau province needs to implement social welfare packages and provide food and other necessities to people in areas that are under Directive 16 on social distancing," Mr. Binh said.
He noted that online businesses and sales delivery vehicles need to be mobilized to meet demand and the locality needs to take care of disadvantaged people, the elderly, the sick, and social beneficiaries.
