He commended their research achievements, noting that those achievements reflect both their intellectual acumen and their dedication to Vietnam’s development.
The Deputy PM asked the participants to work closely with the Government’s policy advisory council as well as ministries and agencies to share information and shape research orientations. By doing so, he said, they can deliver practical, feasible policy recommendations and breakthrough solutions for an independent, self-reliant, integrated economy, and foster sci-tech development, innovation, digital transformation, and the private economic sector.
