(VOVworld) - Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has paid Tet visit and extend his New Year wishes to the Ministry of Public Security’s General Department of Security. He said the people’s security force should ensure ultimate safety for the Party congresses at all levels and major events to take place this year. He called for a complete legal system in national security for telecommunications, finance and banking sectors.
