(VOVWORLD) - Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai will attend the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2022 in Davos, Switzerland from May 23-24 at the invitation of Founder and Executive Chairman Klaus Schwab.
Ambassador Le Thi Tuyet Mai, Head of the Vietnamese delegation to the United Nations, World Trade Organization, and other international organization in Geneva, Switzerland, said Deputy Prime Minister Khai’s attendance at the WEF 2022 illustrates Vietnam’s commitment to work with the international community to resolve international issues.
During the trip, Mr. Khai will have a working session with WEF President Borge Brende on Vietnam-WEF cooperation including the signing of a Cooperation Agreement on the proposal of the WEF’s founding Chairman, creating a framework for future cooperation programs and activities between Vietnam and the WEF and international corporations which are members of the WEF.
