(VOVworld) – A Government working group led by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc on Wednesday had a working session with Long An province on local socio-economic development. Phuc asked provincial leaders to seek sustainable development measures. The Deputy Prime Minister also called on Long An to focus on economic restructuring by developing its industry, trade and services. The province was asked to boost the building of new rural areas, effectively implement social welfare policies, beef up administrative reforms, fight corruption, and ensure national defense and social order.
