The forum follows up “Technology Friday” program held throughout 2020 which promoted 38 digital platforms.

The forum allows developers to introduce their products and users to interact with the platforms and vote for their favorite. MIC Deputy Minister Nguyen Huy Dung said, "Throughout the forum, the digital platforms will be presented as solutions to social problems in Vietnam. We’re living in the era of the Industry 4.0 where every problem can be solved digitally."

The first episode of the forum featured a smart solution by logistics startup An Vui, which is expected to help long-distance bus service companies in optimizing management and enhancing their competitiveness.
