The revised resolution seeks to obtain votes of confidence at the next session of the National Assembly in October and the year-end meeting of the People's Councils at all levels.
Deputies said progressive changes have been made for the draft to live up to the aspirations of voters and the people.
Some suggested that the vote of confidence results, in addition to being reported to the competent authorities, should also be publicized. Other opinions stressed the need to include law obedience of officials and their spouses and children as a criteria for voting.
The draft should stipulate that the vote of confidence results should not only be used to handle officials with less votes, but also used as a basis for planning, appointment, and nomination of officials.
