First, the EU is committed to strongly support Ukraine and will continue to provide all necessary political, financial, economic, humanitarian, military and diplomatic support to Ukraine.

Support tools include the Ukraine Support Fund of the European Peace Facility (EPF) and the EU Military Assistance Mission (EUMAM Ukraine).

Second, the EU emphasized the need to ensure the availability of defense products and strengthen the bloc’s Defense Technological and Industrial Base (EDTIB).
Three other security and defense priorities include increasing the EU’s ability to act, strengthening the EU’s resilience and secure access to strategic domains, and partnering up.
