At a seminar on fundamental economy in Vietnam’s digital transformation strategy held in Hanoi on Wednesday. Dr. Viet said every enterprise should choose a suitable digital model for its production and business activities.

“Digital transformation is an opportunity for Vietnam. The question is whether we can seize that opportunity. In my opinion, to achieve digital transformation, first we need to create a digitally-oriented society. Next, that society must operate in a digital environment. Then we need to improve our digital infrastructure. And finally we can achieve a digital economy. We must begin the digital conversion quickly in order to boost the economy,” said Viet.

Digital transformation will bring many growth opportunities, so Vietnamese businesses need to make the most of digital economic models to achieve breakthroughs in development, build a digital society and a digital economy, and become an industrialized country by 2045 as set out in the National Digital Transformation Strategy.
