Festival of Tourism and Culinary Culture in Hanoi stimulates tourism demand
(VOVWORLD) - An annual tourism and culinary festival opened on Friday in the Ly Thai To statue monument in downtown Hanoi to promote the capital city as a safe, friendly, and attractive tourist destination. This prestigious event helps connect tourism agencies of Hanoi and other localities.

The weekend festival features 200 booths offering 1,000 tourism products from across Vietnam at discounted prices of up to 35%.
At the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Hanoi municipal People’s Committee Chu Ngoc Anh said local authorities have acted aggressively to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic. They persist in the dual tasks of fighting the coronavirus and developing the economy in the new normal period.
