The festival will promote and find outlets for the local lobster products and educate the public about lobster breeding and farming using new technologies and new environmental awareness.

There will be art performances, including Bai Choi folk art and Ma La and gong music of the Raglai people, an exhibition of seafood and other OCOP products, a lobster cooking contest, and a demonstration of 120 dishes made from Cam Ranh lobster, as well as boat racing and a bicycle parade.
