(VOVWORLD) - This year’s “Europe meets Asia in Contemporary Dance” Festival will take place in Hanoi starting next Wednesday, gathering artists from Germany, France, Canada, Switzerland, Spain, and Vietnam.
The festival aims to promote the value of contemporary dance in Vietnam, creating a platform for artists to exchange experiences and offering opportunities for Vietnamese audiences to enjoy contemporary dance.
During the 4-day festival audiences in Hanoi can experience contemporary dance in a variety of styles from the participating countries.
As part of the festival three exhibitions entitled “Dance and conformation” will be held. Following the event in Hanoi, a similar event will be organized in Ho Chi Minh City.
