(VOVworld)- Hue Traditional Craft festival will open next weekend to introduce, honour and uphold the cultural value of handicraft products from across the country. The event will attract artisans from dozens of cities and provinces, including Bat Trang ceramic village in Hanoi, folk paintings villages from Bac Ninh and textiles shows from France. Deputy Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, Nguyen Dang Thach: “The festival aims to restore and honor artisans and preserve traditional craft of Hue to promote its tourism, economic and cultural exchanges. The festival will have a national exhibition of traditional craft villages nationwide with 150 booths.”
