The results achieved laid a strong foundation for innovation and digital transformation to serve as key drivers of national development.
Minister of Science and Technology Nguyen Manh Hung highlighted the development and refinement of the legal and institutional framework as a major achievement.
2026 will be a year of accelerated implementation of Resolution 57, with a strong shift from building institutions to delivering results that directly contribute to economic growth and improve people’s quality of life, he said.
Resources will be concentrated on a number of national priorities rather than being spread thinly and each sector will identify several flagship tasks closely linked with the country’s goal of achieving double-digit growth, Minister Hung noted.
