(VOVworld) – The historic nuclear deal between Iran and the P5+1 has more validity than domestic criticism of the deal, said Iranian President Hassan Rouhani.

Addressing a televised conference in Tehran on Thursday, Rouhani said the deal reflects the national will and was the precise reason he was elected two years ago. It opens a new chapter in the history between Iran and the West. The US Senate Foreign Relations Committee held a first hearing on the Iran nuclear deal on Thursday.
