Iraq, Saudi Arabia seek to prevent conflict from spreading in Middle East
(VOVWORLD) - Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein on Thursday held a phone talk with his Saudi counterpart to ensure that the conflict between Hamas and Israel in the Gaza Strip does not spread to the entire Middle East.

The two foreign ministers criticized the attacks on US forces stationed in northeastern Jordan that left three US soldiers dead.
The White House on Wednesday said that a group called Islamic Resistance in Iraq was behind the attack. The Pentagon now says the number injured was about 40.
US President Joe Biden has said he has decided how to respond to the attack, but gave no details.
