In Ho Chi Minh City, crowds gathered at Nguyen Hue Flower Street, Bach Dang Wharf Park, and many other locations to enjoy fireworks shows.

"I hope the city will continue to develop, and people live in peace and happiness. The municipal leaders are paying great attention to social welfare and people’s well-being," said local resident Luong Anh Nguyet.

In Kon Tum province, fireworks were displayed in Kon Tum city and three districts—Ngoc Hoi, Dak To, and Sa Thay.

"I wish you all a year full of joy. Last year, good coffee and rubber prices helped improve our lives. I hope everyone will achieve even greater success in the new year," said Xo Dang ethnic A Thiu.
