In Quang Tri province, hundreds of personnel remained at the Quang Tri Airport construction site and worked throughout the New Year's holiday. Spanning over 200 hectares, the project is divided into multiple zones, with several construction teams working simultaneously in shifts to expedite the project's progress.

“Our team works through lunchtime, eats and rests at the construction site, and may work overtime until 11 pm, and even on holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year). We are determined to work without rest so that the project will be completed on schedule,” according to Le Duc Cam, Head of the Construction and Structural Team at Central Construction Joint Stock Company.

Quang Tri province is also engaged in building National Highway 15D from My Thuy port to the Cam Lo-La Son expressway and Nhat Le Bridge. When these key projects are completed, along with the Southeast Economic Zone, My Thuy Deepwater Port, and Quang Tri Airport, they will create new development opportunities and form important growth poles for the province.

The construction site of runway 2 at Phu Cat Airport in Gia Lai province is hectic with excavators, dump trucks, and concrete mixers operating continuously. Hundreds of people keep working tirelessly. All are creating an enthusiastic start of the year.

Having been involved in the construction site for many months, Nguyen Van Loi, a worker of ACC Aviation Construction Corporation, said, “It's been three months since I was at home, and I miss my family, but I'm trying my best to meet the deadline. The weather is now very favorable, which is great for the construction team. So we're taking advantage of it to work on schedule. The team is working energetically.”
