Chairing an online meeting on implementation of Long Thanh International Airport Project Phase 1 on Saturday, the Prime Minister requested all stakeholders to value time, intelligence and decisiveness and "work through Tet and holidays".
The project’s phase 1 with a total investment of 5.4 billion USD has been implemented since 2020 by the Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV).
The project has 15 construction and equipment packages. Up to now, three of the 15 packages have been basically completed. Of the remaining 12 packages, ACV is implementing eight construction packages.
