At a working session with the provincial Party Committee as part of his visit to the locality, the Party leader requested the drastic implementation of the plans and projects for the restructuring of the political system to make it streamlined, strong, and efficient in accordance with Resolution 18 of the 12th Party Central Committee.

The Party leader said that the province needs to strengthen and innovative the Party leadership role to ensure that the Party's guidelines and resolutions effectively reach grassroots organizations, Party cells, and Party members.

"Additionally, it is crucial to resolutely implement Directive 35 of the Politburo on Party Congresses at all levels in preparation for the 14th National Party Congress, a critical task this year. The province should also continue executing Resolution 18 of the Party Central Committee to streamline the political apparatus for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Efforts should aim to complete this task by February to facilitate the organization of the Congress, with a strong commitment to serving the people effectively," said Mr. Lam.

Earlier the same day, in Nam Dinh province, General Secretary To Lam offered incense and flowers to honor General Secretary Truong Chinh at the General Secretary Truong Chinh Monument and Memorial House. At the Bao Loc Temple historical and cultural relic site in My Phuc commune and Thien Truong Temple in the Tran Temple historical and cultural complex in Loc Vuong ward, Nam Dinh city, General Secretary To Lam paid tribute to the Tran Kings. He also inspected the construction progress of the Nam Dinh Provincial General Hospital.
