(VOVWORLD) -The National Legal Portal, Vietnam’s official site for inquiries of legal matters, was launched on Saturday in Hanoi at a ceremony attended by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.

The online portal can be accessed at phapluat.gov.vn
Speaking at the event, Prime Minister Chinh asked that the portal provides accurate, comprehensive, accessible, and updated information in a timely manner so that it can truly becomes a symbol of Vietnam’s judicial system. It should contribute to reducing travel times and compliance costs for citizens and businesses.
The launch of the National Legal Portal will help realize the Politburo’s “four-pillar” resolutions and aid the country’s renewal efforts, which are based on building a socialist rule-of-law State, a socialist-oriented market economy, and a socialist democracy, the PM said.
He also proposed that the online portal soon include English version for more active international integration.
