North Korean leader vows to 'fight' for strong nation
(VOVWORLD) -North Korean leader Kim Jong-un said he would "fight more unflinchingly" to make the North "independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in defense”.

Kim was quoted by the Korean Central News Agency during his visit to a Pyongyang mausoleum to pay tribute to his father, on the sixth anniversary of his death.
Rodong Shinmun, a newspaper published by the ruling Workers' Party of Korea, released an article saying that North Korea will not be overpowered by the international community, and called on people to unite under the leadership of Kim Jong-un.
The article said Korea is developing despite the sanctions imposed by the US and its allies and praised the new achievements in North Korea’s nuclear program.
