Party General Secretary, President To Lam chairs meeting of key leaders
(VOVWORLD) - Party General Secretary and President To Lam chaired a meeting with key leaders on Tuesday to review July’s work and discuss key tasks for August. This has been the first meeting of Vietnamese key leaders since Mr. Lam was elected General Secretary of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on Saturday.

General Secretary and President To Lam urged the entire Party and political system to devise solutions to promptly and effectively realize all the tasks for the remaining months of the year.
He emphasized the importance of continuing preparations to ensure the success of the 10th plenum of the 13th Party Central Committee. Mr. Lam urged greater efforts to remove obstacles and bottlenecks to create favorable conditions for businesses to develop and operate effectively.
The meeting also discussed ways to address major issues in the near future.
